Everything on the preview can be made with the actions.

Actions:
Fire Emblem: Makes the emblems on the side, easy to edit once made.
Firey Text: Gives the text that glow, again, easy to edit once made.
Layer on Fire: Gives the layer the flames like on the arcs. Not so easy to edit once made. Sorry.

I wish I could have made more, but I couldn''t figure any more out that don''t use brushes, pencils, pen, etc.
